This is a local, southern 380SL with no rust. It runs and drives fine! It belonged to man here in town who was in the process of completely restoring it for his wife for a play toy. He just spent $6,000 on a great new paint job. He took it to a local shop and spent around $10k mechanically to get everything as it should be, put new tires on it, and then gets in a divorce and sold it to me. The only 2 things it needed when I got it was the wood interior trim was bad in places and I replaced it with new! I just put a brand new convertible top and windows on it at a cost of over $2,000! If you are looking for a great Sunday play car to drive around town on pretty days, without tying up a fortune, this one is for you, and the best part is with new paint and new top it looks fantastic, its not some old faded out rust bucket, this car looks amazing now!
